i have read TCOYF, and taken the FF course, however i still dont understand by body!

i have O'ed according to FF and all signs pointed toward Oing, now i have this crazy CM. its almost sticky or creamy but than i get this thick clumpy clear eggwhite but it dosnt strech or break. when i try to strech it it just sticks to one finger and dosnt really change shape.

what would you charting experts out there call it? i know i should record the MOST fertile CM but dont know what to call it, sticky maybe?

    What you are calling EWCM I think is really just sticky CM. I would mark it as creamy since that seems to be your most fertile CM.

    sorry its still early and im not awake yet, what i was trying to say is that i know that it is NOT EWCM and that is what is confussising me, i wish i could think of somthing to compare it to, but this is the best i got, have you ever tried to melt fat free cheese slices? they melt while being heated than go back to square form

    that said this little clump that i get while having creamy is able to be manipluated but goes back to the same shape after being smooshed/streched, dosnt break or seperate,

    maybe that helped anyone else get this after O or any other time?

    The definitely sounds like sticky cm to me.

    Sounds like it's sticky, completly normal after O.

    Like Daysie said, I still think what you are describing is sticky with some creamy. If it does not stretch at all (which you said it didn't in your first post), it is not EWCM in any way shape or form.

    You can get all kinds of CM after you O. Actually, you can get any kind of CM at any time in your cycle. And it may or may not mean anything.

    My vote says sticky ... some people never get completely dry after O-ing.

    I get some of that after O a lot. It LOOKS like EWCM, but will not stretch and is not slippery. It is just a clump of mucus, lol. I record it as sticky.
