Hi everyone,
This is my first post - I've lurked for a while on these boards, and was looking for some help. My husband and I are considering the following names, and are looking for some honest feedback. Our last name is Fraser, and we're considering:
Edison Fraser (nickname could be Eddie) or
Anderson Fraser (nickname could be Andy).
Thoughts?
Thanks in advance!

HATE Anderson unless it's a family name. Like Andrew.
Edison as a name I don't really like (far prefer Edward or Edmund), but at least you'd be naming him after SOMEONE -- Thomas Edison. Who is Anderson? It's just a stuffy waspy, upper-East Side name that a Vanderbilt Heiress pulled out of the ether and gave her child.

The dog's name was Eddie but the last name was Crane. I am a dork, I know. HAH
Hi i think Edison works the best out of the two.
Have you considered Harrison if you like the....son route and there is no family connection? Harrison Fraser sounds good....

This. Or if your DH's name is Ed or Andrew.
THIS!!
But if they are family names, go for it.

I like Anderson, but not Andy and detest Eddie so Edison is out. I don't mind last names as first names even if there is no family tie. Hmm....must be because the 2 names we have picked out could both be a last name with no family ties :-)
