Okay so I'm giving charting a shot. I start the whole BBT thing on CD1 right? I'm pretty sure you do but I just wanna make sure. TIA :o)

    Yes. But you can start it before just for practice.

    Yes and CD1 is first day of red flow not spotting. It gets addictive. Good luck!

    Yeah I probably should have started early but I even forgot yesterday morning, I'm just so used to waking up and getting out of bed. But now I have everything out on my nightstand and my alarm set to make sure I don't forget again.
