We went for week 4 of therapy this week and she did so well! They said she has gained so much strength in her hips and legs. She has been scooting on her bottom pretty much everywhere for about a week now, but we are still working on the conventional crawling. She gets the motions but she hasn't figured out how to put everything together yet. Also she is constantly putting herself back into the sitting up position every time we put her on her belly lol. So we are still working on that.
The standing is so much better now. I have a couple of pictures I am going to show:

She didn't get to this position by pulling up...we actually stood her up there. I got the idea from Amy's picture's of Jame's on facebook. And then the therapist did it today and told me to keep doing it.

See how she is sticking her little booty out? We are still having to work on her wanting to stand up straight. But this is still so much improvement over 4 weeks ago.
The therapist gave her an A on her standing and a B on her crawling lol. We are getting to move to biweekly now instead of weekly. Our goal is for her to be pulling up and crawling by her birthday in two months. I think we'll make it
Thanks for letting me update!
Re: an update on Aubrey's physical therapy
Yay! What exercises are ya'll doing for crawling?
And we got this toy/activity thing at BRU this weekend. James loves it because he can stand at it but also sit and play. Think it would encourage her to cruise:) https://www.amazon.com/Fisher-Price-Crawl-Cruise-Musical-Jungle/dp/B0015KTUKK

Oh neat! I'll check this out. I am also considering one of these:
They have one of these at the cosignment store near my house for 15 dollars.
Or I might get one of these:
I think any of the three would be good encourager's to cruise
Oh and the exercises for crawling are pretty simple...her main problem is that she wants to back herself into the sitting position anytime she gets on her belly..she's really good at it lol. So we basically put her in the crawling position and then she moves herself in the crawling position but we just don't allow her to stick that right leg out to pull herself into the sitting position. This works really well with her going after one of those giant bouncy balls that you can get at target for like 3 dollars. She loves pushing it away then going after it. We just follow behind kind of guiding to make sure she doesn't try to stick that leg out. When she does we push it back in...she resists a lot but that's her personality...she's stubborn lol. She knows she can easily scoot after it on her bottom and we are making her do it the hard way. We also use that ball to do some what they call tall kneeling with her. We put her on her knees and she kneels while holding onto it. But that is to work her core more than anything.
Mitchell has that last pic you posted, the music table. I really believe it's the main reason he pulled up. He loved that thing! After a month or so he started pushing it across the floor and that's when I decided to get the push walker...thought he needed something with wheels. But he still loves the music table and claps and bounces along to the songs!
Glad Aubrey is doing well. She'll be off in no time!!
Out of all of those toys, the jungle toy is best for teaching to stand, cruise, etc. (IMO) It's a really, really good toy! GK still likes it...and the music is fun.
ETA-the others are good toys, too, just not as much for that purpose. The "house" has a lot of entertainment, but it is not heavy enough to stay put. LO can push it, so it's not necessarily the best to use for standing support. While the jungle toy is not incredibly heavy either, it seems to stay put better because of the size and shape. Hope this helps.
