At first I didn't get it

I'm not much for lurking I like to jump right in and get both feet wet when I am on a new board so I did that here.  I didn't get at first why so many of the regulars seemed frustrated and annoyed with a good many of the questions.  After only a week here I get it!  You're all actually MORE patient than I would be after being here awhile and answering the same questions adnauseum.  BTW, today when I was buying OPK's I also got a magic 8 ball.  The number of questions I ask will now decrease significantly! Wink

    Yup. I haven't even been here long... and every other question or so makes me want to shoot myself in the foot.

    But sometimes, it makes for good entertainment.

    This. Being a newb is hard enough... We need a search. It took weeks of lurking before I could post... Even then I know I asked dumb questions. lol

    I would like to agree, but I think people would still post repeat questions just b/c they want to post something. There are a lot of PW's that just want attention, they don't get that google is their friend!

    Just an FYI you can google The Bump: whatever you're looking for, and it shows you all the Bump posts related to the topic.

    ::slaps forehead:: Thanks! I didn't even think about this. I was just searching before asking a question and was getting just about to the point of saying eff it and asking anyway... Now I'm googlin first :-)

    Yep - a wise bumpie once told me to search in Google whatever keyword I wanted plus site:thebump.com to find bump-related results. It took lurking to a whole other level for me and hasn't failed me yet.
