Mine's been bad too..I've been taking an allergy pill during the day and at night I've been using saline spray and breathe right strips. This seems to help relieve some of the stuffiness.
My nose is super stuffed/runny as well. It's mildly annoying during the day but at night it actually keeps me awake/wakes me up. Not to mention all the sniffing and snorting I do in bed drives my husband nuts. I mihgt have to try the breathe right strips.
I think I remember this from my first pregnancy as well, but it was in the winter and all the dry air gave me lots of bloody noses.

This made me feel so much better - I have been taking my Reactin (same as Zyrtec) - (class B on safefetus.com, and also okayed by the pharmacist) almost daily, but have been feeling guilty about it. So glad to hear others are taking theirs too! I tried the breath right strips too - they help initially, but by the middle of the night it's stuffy again. I also find it is worse the day after I cut the grass, so I'm sure it is allergies.
Yes and it is definitely annoying. I think mine is more allergies. I'll wake up sneezing and then my nose gets all stuffed up. As the day goes on it seems to get better though...less sneezing, etc.

I think that I may try the neti pot, I was always scared of them, but at this point I will give anything a try!
I use the squirt bottle version of the neti pot. It works really really well. Neil Med Sinus Rinse is what it is called. You just mix the salt packets with warm water. It really isn't gross. I would blow your nose first though because if you don't, it will start coming out of your mouth...and that is a little gross. But seriously, you will be surprised to see what comes out of there.
My doctor told me that some women's immune systems get weaker, other's get stronger. For those that weaken, it gets harder to beat off a simple cold. Grr. I've had this runny nose since June also, it SUCKS!!

I am coughing a lot
And I seem to be stuffed up more than usual but I don't have allergies
