Babies: 9 - 12 Months

Does anyone paint LO's toes?

I really want to paint LO's toenails. I have seen the piggy paint online, and that it is sold in speciality stores.

Is there anything in Target, Walmart, even Babies R Us that is safe for babies?

  • I just use my nail polish.

  • As long you're using something "big three free" I'm sure its ok. I use OPI and Essie polishes on myolder DD.

DBP (Dibutyl Pthalate), Formaldehyde, toulene. No clue if I spelled those correctly or not.

ETA: Those are things you don't want in polish. I know OPI and Essie don't have them. Not sure on drugstore brands, but I'm pretty sure that Sally Hanson DOES have them.

  • I wanted to, but can't even imagine DD sitting still long enough for me to paint her toenails!
