Not sure how to feel about Dr Appt today (update-ish)

I didn't really get any answers, my b/w (Lh, FsH, Estridol) came back w/in normal range. She said certain things "point" to PCOS, but nothing confirms the Dx that she can see. She def thinks there is something "off" by looking at my charts. ( erratic temps, short LP, alot of CM and of course no pg w/good timing and confirmd O )....oookay...No answers there...However,
She did refer me to an Infertility Dr that SHE used and loved. Said their goal is to get women "In and Out" = KTFU. She said he is very decisive and direct, not "wishy-washy" w/treatment plans...So I am hopeful for this. She said I'll be able to get in pretty much right away. She said he'll do b/w and u/s to see whats going on w/my horomones and how they are affecting my body.
When I told DH he got a sad face. I told him that it was a good thing we were being proactive w/TTC. That the Dr didnt' say I'm "infertile" but we will be getting "help" to get KU...He still didn't seem to get it. Oh well, I think its a good idea.

While its frustrating to not have all of the answers at once, it definately sounds like you're headed in the right direction! Its reassuring when your doctor is proactive! When is your appointment with the new doctor?

At least you are headed in the right direction. Maybe after you go to the new doc, your DH will feel better about it. I hope you have some answers soon!

It is never a good feeling to have to go to see a specialist, but hopefully he will be able to help you get your baby asap. Sounds good that he is decisive, sometimes my RE says "well, you could do this or you could do that" and I just want her to tell me - do this or do that. It is frustrating when you don't know what the right thing to do is.

Good luck, I hope the testing goes quickly and you have a plan in place soon.

This is exactly what my Dr was talking about...She was happy w/him because he had an exact plan to follow... We'll do this and this, and if it doesn't work then we'll try this and this...etc...She got KU w/in like 2 mo's.

So good to hear your Dr is referring you to someone who can help. Sorry you weren't able to get the answers today. ((HUGS))

My DH got the same sad face when we were sent to the RE. He got over it, but I think it was hard for him to believe we were having to go to someone to help us.
