Trying to Get Pregnant

Hangs head in shame. . . I am not setting a good example for you ladies. It is just so effing hot out that I can't muster up the motivation to go running outdoors. I am going to the beach this weekend and I could really use the exercise. However, I love running on the beach and I know I can make up for my laziness while I am at the beach.

  • I did a power yoga dvd at home today. And I had no help from the kitties for a change, so it went more smoothly than usual. :-)

    I sadly say that all I did today was my 30 Day Shred video. :( Summer is officially over tomorrow when I go back to work. It seems like it is so much harder to work out during the school year.

  • I was at work ... on my feet for pretty much 12 hours straight. It was a long rough day. I'm counting my work as a workout today!

    You know, I bought that DVD 30 days before my wedding thinking I'd shred some weight right before the wedding....I did it one day and was bored. haha. I hate working out. And I really need to stop hating it. I need to lose some weight.

  • Ugh I have been sooooo bad since the kids came back to school! Seriously, spending 8 hours with 17 5-year-olds leaves me very unmotivated for the gym at the end of the day lol. I've GOT to get back in though!

  • Ran on the treadmill for 30mins and did some abs
  • We took advantage of DH's day off and the sweltering weather outside and organized the basement.  We bought 2 new shelves and got everything put away.  My exercise today will have to be lifting boxes, carrying out garbage, and trying to fit all of our stuff in our little basement area.

    Hopefully this heat chills out so I can continue walking more and more.

  • Nothing today (break day), but I've been cycling a lot. We have increased our average speed up to 15 mph and our distance to 30 miles. And I mark it on my chart to keep track ;)

  • I hate working out, but I did my first professional yoga class today. It was very challenging for me, although I think it was an easier class, but I feel good about it! (The studio was running a deal for the month, otherwise I probably wouldn't have done it.)
