Prenatal Yoga

I am thinking about trying prenatal yoga. I have never done yoga before, but I have a very stressful job and two kids at home....thinking it can't hurt!!

Anyone's thoughts on it? Anyone know of any good places in the Cromwell, Rocky Hill, Wethersfield or Glastonbury areas??

You should try cromwell yoga or west hartford yoga.

Make sure you go to the gentle classes and just let them know in advance that you are pregnant.

I go to Lotus Yoga, Melissa, the instructor is so dedicated and caring. I have met wonderful friends and truly depend on my class each week.
