I dont fit into maternity clothing there to big .....Any one have any ideas ??? I cant seem to find anything and I cant just wear shorts and a teeshirt ( altho I would if I could lol ) !
You guys are too funny lol . I meant like what should I wear if I cant find anything . Alot of the non -maternity clothes dont make you look very pregnant lol . I just wanna look cute but the clothes i keep finding arent flattering lol .
I wore a regular black maxi dress to my shower. I purposely try to avoid buying maternity clothes if I don't have to so I don't waste money. The dress I bought was in my regular pre-pregnancy size and it worked just fine.

I understand what you mean because I have the same problem,. I posted about it the other day. You would think they make maternity clothes for all sizes, but they really don't. My boobs are too small for maternity and also, because I'm short, the hems don't look right or the arm holes even in the dresses. BUT, regular maternity stuff doesn't fit right because obviously they aren't meant to accommodate a huge bump!
I don't have any suggestions, but I hear you. It is almost like they need a petite maternity store (and I'm not saying that because I'm so amazingly skinny because I definitely am not), just something more for short women.
My best luck has been the Liz Lange line at Target.
I have maybe 2 maternity dresses. I just hate the fit of them...they are so unflattering! I have been buying simple, comfy, flowy dresses.....a couple actually more fitted that "hug" the bump and they have worked out great!
This is my baby shower dress
I wore this non-maternity dress to a wedding on the 4th of July...got this one at Bloomingdales...Laundry was the brand. You just have to see what fits your body...and what suits your style.

you can always wear a cute t-shirt or tank top (fitted) with a nice flowy skirt. I found a cute white flowy long skirt at Forever 21...you can wear it with any top. Target has some nice fitted tank tops...or you can go get a maternity t (again fitted).
Re: Babyshower clothes for non maternity !!
Then go buy something non-maternity?
::giggles::
this is what i was thinking..if maternity clothes are too big then whats the problem?? wear normal clothes.
exactly my train of thought. i've already started growing out of some of my maternity things (they were hand me downs).
Currently going through our second deployment. Can't wait for Zoe to meet her daddy!
how do you NOT fit in maternity clothes..
are you buying the wrong size? i'm just confused lol
Thank you! I thought I was missing something here and failed at reading...
