Where to get favor cookies?

I would like to get favor cookies for DS's 1st birthday to pass out instead of having to get gift bags. Do you know where I can get them? I don't know of any bakeries around me that will do it. I am in Macomb County. Thanks.

    I used Lofthouse cookies actually for shower cookies before--- they are the yummy frosted one's at the grocery store! They are so good! Like a cake-like sugar cookie! They are big enough to serve as a favor, for sure!

    A friend of mine does it, she makes awesome cookies and decorates them so cute!  Let me know if you want her info.
