Went for monitoring this morning-They saw 19 follicles after 6 days of stims. E2 has gone from 48 -> 162 -> 462. Is that something to be concerned about? They are decreasing my Bravelle to 75 tonight, and keeping it the same on Menopur at 75. Next monitoring is Thursday!
I think that's a good thing? Or is it a bad thing?
Thanks ladies!

19 is good. And your E2 is fine. You don't want super high E2 (a sign of OHSS) and you want it to increase as your eggs mature.
Rule of thumb, E2 will be around 100-200 for each mature follicle at trigger. So your E2 levels should continue to increase.
Sounds great to me, they were worried about OHSS for me, I had 40 follies at about 7 days of stims and my E2 was over 2000. They slowed me way down and had me go in for monitoring every day.
So you sound perfecto :0)
Thanks ladies! It scares me to think that it can go up too fast or not enough or something crazy that would screw with the quality of my eggs!
I need to let go of the numbers-I really do. I'm paying my RE the big bucks to make the right decision-and have some faith in the process!
Thanks again!!!
