it has begun. . . the invitations to daycare parties!

omg - we got our first invitation to Ella's daycare friend's 2nd Birthday party. . now, I need to figure out what the heck I'm going to get this kid!

    You need to set up a Google Calendar for Ella to keep track of all of her social engagements! 

    Did you get invites to 1st birthdays last year?  The kids in DD's room start turning 1 next month, and I was wondering if the September birthdays were going to set a precedent of inviting kids/parents to parties.  One of those parents is always in everyone's business, asking lots of questions of other parents, and even trying to set one of the teachers up on a blind date, so for some reason I'm expecting her to invite the entire school.

    no - nobody did invites for first birthdays last year.  I was actually thinking about this myself the other day and I will invite the kids in her class and probably the group ahead and behind that we know - so it'll be ~8 kids maybe.  OMG - that should be interesting!  The funniest thing is that the party is @ 10 am - so you know its a toddler party!
