mouth & tongue sort of swollen - NE1?

I'm 38 weeks and today feel like my tongue is thick and the inside of mouth is sort of swollen, making me sort of fumble over my words a little. Is this just an extension of mucous membranes being swollen in preg? - I've had bad sinus problems, etc during this pg. NE1 else have this at all? Not a big deal, just a little weird. tia

Very weird. Perhaps you've eaten something that you have a mild allergy to...? If it gets worse, I would call the doc.

Sounds like a small allergic reaction. I would definitely keep an eye on it.
