Trying to Get Pregnant

Good evening ladies!
 
I am lazy today and chose to enjoy my last full day of summer break by fulfilling some domestic duties. So, I regret to tell you that I didn't workout today. I have a workshop for the next three days, but I think I will be able to get in some afternoon/evening running.
 
All you ladies who were more disciplined than I, tell us about your Monday workouts.

  • My summer vacay ends tomorrow (I go back Wed.), but I did get 40 minutes of cardio in and some ab exercises.

  • I'm out of town for work and didn't have anything planned til 1pm, so I got 50 minutes of cardio and a few weights in!

    I worked late and then Hubs talked me into meeting him at a restaurant for dinner. Now I'm STUFFED and I didn't work out. Good combo, right?!

  • I ran 2 miles today. I intended to do some cardio but oh well, at least I got my run in!

    The positive to this situation is the increased motivation that you will have to workout tomorrow!  We all deserve an indulgence every now and then!

  • I planned to workout this morning but I woke up and my shoulder was killing me.  I think I over did it and pulled a muscle doing some plank exercises yesterday.
