Babysitter rates?

This Saturday will be the first time we are leaving Grace with someone besides our parents. My 16- year old cousin will be watching her, and I have no idea what the going rate for a babysitter is these days. How much are you all paying someone to watch your LO?

    we pay my niece or nephew (who are 14 and 16) $8. I paid a college girl in houston $10. Teens can generally work for about $8 after taxes so we went with that.
