Do you get your daycare/MDO teachers

an end of the year gift?

Marion will be moving up a class in the fall and her teachers this summer have been so wonderful in helping us make the adjustment that I'd like to thank them.  I just don't know if it's common to give an end of the year gift.

    Yes -- I got each of them a Target gift card.  was only $10 each I think, but heck, everyone loves a little free money to Target!  And I had Elena color them cards so she was involved somehow.

    Our MDO program it seems pretty typical to give end-of-year gifts.  The teachers all give the kids something, and vice versa.  It only runs during the school year though so has definite starts & stops...

    Yes, absolutely....I have every year. This last year's teacher I got a gift certif to a mani/pedi place.

    We did a $15 GC to Starbucks in a photo card that had Reagan's 1st day of school pic and a recent one with a personal note inside to each one.

    Yep, usually some flowers.  We do Christmas and end of year gifts.

    Yes, we did end of school and christmas too.  we did gift cards to target or to our favorite family friendly restaurant down the road
