Anyone else really out of breath?

I'm washing clothes and carrying baskets back and forth across the house but I feel like I ran a few miles. haha It's ridiculous. I do walk every other day and swim a lot so I thought that'd help but guessss not.

    Yes! I notice it a lot either A. walking up stairs, or B. singing.  For some reason, singing really makes me winded sometimes.  Especially in church.

    YES!  Of course, it doesn't help that I've recently gotten off crutches and a splint so I need to regain muscle.

    yes - all the time.  I walked from my basement to my bedroom on 2nd floor & you would've thought I was doing wind sprints.  My hubby chuckles because its just comical how essentially NOTHING makes you feel like you're mid-asthma attack.

    Yeah my H told me, "Will you sit down for a little bit and catch your breath? The world won't end if the clothes don't get finished." And as soon as I was about to say something, "SIT DOWN."

    Yep.  We are moving this weekend and I've found I can only do about 45 minutes of packing at a time before I need a long break!

    I was just going to post this.  I am out of breath very easily.  It is only going to get worse I have a feeling.  My 18 month old makes it hard to sit and catch my breath too.

    I cant make it across a parking lot with out huffing for air. I have astma and live in florida which has been super humid lately. so yeah, I cant breathe. at all.

    I was having a lot of trouble catching my breath at work today.  Not hyperventilating or anything, just seemed like it was a LOT harder than normal.  I think it was the humidity.
