NBR: dieting whine

I am starting my second week back on the points (as I call weight watchers).

Our office is being renovated, and my temporary cube is RIGHT NEXT to the kitchen.  I smell everything everybody brews, cooks, or warms up all day long.  It all smells much much better than my points-friendly food and makes me want to eat lots of things I shouldn't. Boo. I don't like it.

That is all. Thanks for "listening". Stick out tongue

  • I feel your pain. I'm doing WW too and I work in an office where everyday someone brings in leftover cake, cookies, etc. So hard to resist.

  • Stay strong!  How is it going?  I was down five pounds the first week, so we will see how the second week goes.  I usually have a good first week but a not so great second week.

  • I feel your pain, I am not on WW but this GD diet sucks. It's not really even the food choices or anything, I just don't like not being able to have what I want when I want it, I have feeling restricted to certain times to eat.

I'm sorry.  That sucks.  Part of my motivation to lose weight is to avoid GD if I get pg again.
