was this something that happened later on? Right now if I put my son in his bouncy seat he screams and if I put him in his swing later on in the day he screams as well. It's almost like around noon he decides he's ready to be held for the rest of the day.
Re: If your LO loves their bouncy seat or swing
I'm curious about others' responses bc DD doesn't like her bouncy seat much either. She will sit in it for about 15 min before she starts to cry.
We havent even put the swing together yet...

LO still doesn't care for the swing much, the bouncer however, I had him in it after by the 2nd week. I put him in it once he was asleep and had been for awhile, so that he first got used to waking up in it. I also took the toy bar off.
once he got used to waking up in it, I then put him in it while he was awake. It didn't take long for him to get used to it.

DS hated both at first, he only wanted to be held. If we even took him near the swing and acted like we were going to put him in it, he would scream. We could get him to sit in the bouncer but only if it was on vibrate and only only for 10 minutes or so. Now, he loves the swing and frequently falls asleep in it. He also likes the bouncer more now that he can focus on the hanging toys in front of him. I think the change happened around 5 weeks or so.
