In repsonse to your insomnia post...

This is what I was put on.  It took a few days for it to work, and while it didn't really make me sleepy, it did help me to sleep thru the night.  I took it about an hour before I would go to bed.  The pharmacist told me to take it 5 mins before crawling in bed because it would make me sleepy, but it didn't work that way for me.  I needed an hour for it to kick in and help me fall asleep harder.

    Oh... and I never got any strange side effects from it.  But granted, i only took it for a few weeks.  She gave me a prescription to last two months.
