Discount Movie Theatre - Marietta...Roswell Rd

Most of you probably already know about this place but for those who don't here is a link.

The movies cost under $2 and are only $.75 on Tuesdays. DH is there now with Elliott so I have no idea how clean or dirty the place is. Or if he would want to go back. But for those of you who have not yet taken your LO to a theatre because you are not sure if they will like it or not. You can go here and not have to worry about wasting $10 on a ticket for the LO. Elliott has been hit or miss with theatres. I would even take Allison here for the price.

Plus it is an indoor activity to beat the heat.

    We used to take my nephew to the $1 theater in Fayetteville just to get him to go to sleep at night.  He never made it through the previews.  Best $1 I ever spent.

    I like taking my big boy there. Kya pretty much isn't impressed. Plus the smell bugs me . But when I am trying to pinch my pennies and entertain kiddo then I go...

    Personally, I'd rather spend 7 bucks for the Starlight Drive thru so I can sit in my own car and chill. Well, chill may not be appropriate for that place either.. you have to carry a weapon! lol.

    We have been twice this summer and it is a great place for the money.  Mags is unpredictable sometimes too.  It is a dark theater so god only knows how clean it really is...I just can't think about that stuff when I am there and just give baths/shower when we are done.

    I have heard from peeps in my nieghborhood its ok - not the greatest, but they have been and go back.  Haven't been yet though myself.
