How can i get rid of this pregnancy acne? Its only on my t zone but it so annoying..

    Sorry, don't have the answer. I'm breaking out horribly on my chin. Big red pimples. so gross :(  I would like some ideas as well.

    Give birth.  You can try some things, but at best it will be short term.  I am just learning to love how pretty my eyes are, or focusing on my healthy baby girl on the way.  It sucks, but it'll be over soon enough.

    My doc said acne products are ok to use, so I use Clean & Clear moisturizer at night only. It has salicylic acid in it, which is the active acne fighting ingredient. Plus, it's an oil-free moisturizer so it doesn't dry out my face. Hope this helps you ladies.

    I break out a little here and there but not terrible.

     I use clinque products, they have a 7 days scrub, face wash, toner and oil free lotion.

    I found that the better products usually do make a difference and clinque isn't too pricey.
