I've looked everywhere for this book. DD loved it when she was a baby, and I cried the first time I read it. (OK, the first 200 times.) I searched every store, every baby section, every everywhere. Then, yesterday I went to Joseph Beth's with DH and the kids. Since DS wanted to play with the trains in the kids' section I took him and went searching for my book: Love You Forever, by Robert Munsch. I saw it and started tearing up. I flipped through it while sitting down, watching DS play with the Thomas and Percy trains, sharing so well with a cute blonde girl with ringlet curls and sassy blue eyes.

DH made his way down the escalator with DD in tow, holding a treasure trove of books she "had to have." He looked at me and knew I must have found my book. He sat down beside me and for the first time read the book I've been obsessing over. Yes, ladies, DH teared up in the middle of Joe Beth's bookstore! Last night he read it to LO and as LO squirmed and I cried he teared up, too.
