Mod monkey. That is how his nursery is decorated, and I think it's really cute. I figured that this will be the only year that I'll get to choose the theme, as when he's older it will be based on his likes/interests.

I'm not going overboard with the theme. I got cake plates and napkins with the mod monkey, a couple of balloons, and I bought him a birthday shirt that has the mod monkey, #1, and his name.

Owls. (October b-day

I'm not doing anything too crazy though.. I just want the invite to read "Look Whoooo's turning 1!" and owls fit well with October, so there you go I'm sure I can find owl plates and stuff too, and I'm thinking an owl shirt w/ a 1 and a tutu skirt for DD to wear.

since we are expecting again we are going all primary colors and the number one. This way all the balloon wieghts and really big decorations or extra stuff we can use again. LO loves trucks ( has two dump trucks that he pushes everywhere) so the cake is construction, as for outfit .... birthday boy shirt and shorts that wil prob only last an hour lol.
