Ouch....?

So this is the second time this has happened, so I need some advice from you ladies!!!

 I believe what I am experiencing is round ligament pain (this is what google told me) haha. A few nights ago, DH and I were 'busy' and I began to have was seemed to be a severe cramp while changing positions. It then went away after like 30 seconds (hurt ALOT). At ths time I figured that it was just because I was moving too fast, like a spasm type thing.

( I know baby is fine, I had an ultrasound yesterday... little man)

So LAST night, I am simply rolling over in bed, and OUCH... it happened again. Seems like a severe pain that last about 30 second. My word.

 Anyone else experiencing this yet?

    It is definately RLP. Mine is a very sharp but short-lasting pain in my lower left abdomen. I get it most often when I roll over in bed or reach across to pick something up. I gasp and say ouch really loud and if it is in bed DH wakes up and is like WHAT? WHAT'S Wrong??? I am like ehh, don't worry about it because it has already stopped hurting.

    I get this as well. Never knew there was a name for it, but it sounds the same as what you are experiencing. It happens sometimes when I am laying down and move positions. I always just figured I am stretching and growing and just attributed it to that.

    I felt a lot better after reading this. It's been happening to me for the last couple of days....

    It's a HUGE cramp that happens in my far left lower abdomen (almost in my hip) and across my back. It's super-intense and lasts for a minute or so. They even woke me up a couple of times last night... No fun.

    I'm glad to hear this is normal, though. I just wish it would go away!

    Anyone have any hints for dealing with them while they're happening?
