    Most babies don't like to be wet or dirty and once they realize they have other options they take advantage of them!  I think CDs help LOs become more aware of being wet/dirty, so that helps things along...

    Some people start ECing from Day 1...others wait and start when they have a handle on things (after the first three months or so)...I think it's AWESOME...we rarely change a poopy diaper any more and we're down to just a handful of wet ones/day because she'll pee in the potty too.

    miss A is pretty much like Libby now too... and i have Lori to thank for introducing me to EC :) i'm so happy not to have to deal w/poopy diapers, esp now that she is on solids!

    Ah thanks ladies...

    Jaime - glad Miss A is a smartie and likes to poop in the potty...I agree...it's SO much nicer than poopy diapers.

    Sandra - I hope you'll look into it...some mamas start from the beginning.  I didn't know enough about it...maybe I'll do that with baby #2 (if/when)...I thought it was weird, at first, when I read about it...some friends on FB were doing it with their newborn...but ya know what?  Now that I've done it, it's not so weird, afterall!
