Dallas/N.Dallas ob/gyn & NICU recs....

hi all! very new to this board.  i've been followed by my RE for the past year and it looks like i'll be graduating to an ob/gyn!!  :o)  my original ob/gyn i am NOT fond of and will not be returning hence the need for a recommendation. i live/work in N.Plano/Carrollton area but am willing to drive, need be. important on our list is a dr w/privileges at a hospital with top notch NICU.  i think this narrows us down to Presby Dallas & Baylor Dallas.  Presby Plano interests me too (location is great) - just dont know about their NICU.  and being very new to this side of things - how soon to schedule ob/gyn appointment?  thanks!!

    Associated Womens health care.  Dr Hartley has been my OB/GYN for about 10 years.  Im due in September and shes been FABULOUS during my whole pg.  They are NEVER to busy to talk to you on the phone, half the time the DR actually calls me back.  If theres a problem, or if YOU think theres a problem, she wants you to come in and be seen.  Its a very personal touch and the office is JUST women!  Love it.

    They will want to see you at 8 weeks.  I love my doc at Presby Dallas - Ann Woodbridge.

    I see Dr. Nokleberg at Walnut Hill OB/GYn at Presby Dallas. I also really like Hagood in that practice. I actually just got a tour of the NICU this last week because I am carrying twins.

    I second Dr. Woodbridge. I love her. I actually drive from Mckinney to see her because I didn't want to switch dr's.

    Women's Health Specialists of Dallas are great.  There are 5 doctors in the practice at Presby Dallas.  I've been with Dr. Brough for about 2 years and am about to deliver there (hopefully) in the next week.  Dr. Lisa Remedios is also amazing in their practice.  The newest addition, Dr. Pero seems great, but I just met her once last week.

    I LOVE DR. BROUGH.  And during my pregnancy, I saw and liked all of the other doctors with that group.  

    To vlestep, Remedios was with me all night during labor and I though would deliver my DD, but Brough (my doc) actually did.  He is so great.  My experience with both of them was fabulous.  GL to you!

    I love Dr. Nokleberg too :) she also does some infertility stuff so she will understand where you are coming from.  congrats on your PG too :)
