Passed 2 large clots....

So, my betas have been good, BUT on Wednesday, I called my RE's office b/c I started with INTENSE cramping that didn't improve with Tylenol, water or rest. Been spotting since Wednesday also. Nurses at RE office kept insisting I was fine and that I needed to relax.

I worked after having my HSG (7am on a work day) and went back to work the day after my exploratory lap....I'm no wimp about pain.

But the cramps I've been experiencing can NOT be normal pregnancy cramps.

So, this afternoon, I pass TWO large brb clots. Cramping got much better after that. SO, I go for another beta tomorrow morning and am expecting bad news. :(

This sucks. I'm so not happy with the nurses at RE's office right now either.

Wedding Fall 2007 Off OCP's since 9/08-started with BBT charts Saw Ob/gyn May 2009 Blood work normal except single copy of MTHFR Clomid 50mg May 2009 Clomid 50mg + IUI June 2009 Femara 5mg + IUI July 2009 Normal HSG July 2009 Femara 5mg + ovidrel+IUI August 2009 Femara 5mg +ovidrel + IUI September 2009 November 2009-normal lap December 2009-met with RE December/January-Injectible med cycle with IUI-Abnormal sperm morpology found-only 0-1% normal All Head defects. Jan/Feb 2010 1st IVF with ICSI-5 week chemical pregnancy :( Feb 2010-male infertility doc says DH's anatomy and blood work are normal so nothing he can do. :( FET July 2010-BFP! Twin m/c @ 5.5 wks :( Dec/Jan 2011 IVF #2 Only 4 eggs retrieved-Ganirelix dose messed up BFFN Feb/March 2011 IVF #3 ER 3/9 9 eggs, 7 fertilized, ET 3/14, No frosties. BFN IVF #4 ER 8/22 9R,7F ET 8/25-3 embies, 1 frostie! Beta 9/2= 54, 9/6=274, 9/8=625, 9/12=2953, 9/16 greater than 10,000. B/G TWINS born April 2012 @ 36wks & 1 day! July 2014-going back for the frozen embryo! ET 7/28, heartbeat seen at 6wks1day with SCH. Miscarriage confirmed at 6wks4days

    Oh gosh I am so very sorry!  I hope things are ok. 
    Dx: PCOS/Amenorrhea/Anovulatory/lining problems. Clomid = BFN's. Lots of cancelled cycles due to thin lining or cysts. IUI#1= Follistim, estrace and endometrin = BFN IUI#2= Repronex, follistim, viagra suppositories and endometrin= BFN. IUI#3= Repronex, follistim, viagra suppositories, femtrace and endometrin= BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Isabella born in June via C-section!!!!! She is so incredible!     I will cross my fingers for you all is okay. 

    I passed clots and it was due to a SCH and everything turned out fine...so I will hope that is it all it is for you.

    I am hoping it is postive news but I understand why you are exspecting the worse. I know you don't want to hear this but even if the nurses had you go in there is nothing they can really do to prevent a m/c in the 1st tri. (((((HUGS))))

    I know the nurses couldn't prevent a 1st trimester loss. But what if it's an ectopic? I really feel like they were blowing me off. One nurse even called my husband and told him that all is okay and I just need to "relax." 

    Even after I told them several times that my cramps made me want to stop dead in my tracks and curl up in the fetal position for 2 days (even with Tylenol, water and rest)!!

    At 5 weeks, with a beta over 3,000...they could have at least offered a scan to see if the sac(s) were in my uterus and not somewhere else they shouldn't be.

     I'm so upset and frustrated! If this is truly a failure, I don't even know what we'll do. We only had enough frozen for 1 cycle and can't afford to keep doing ivf w/icsi again and again....

    I hope you get good news, I'm so sorry...  My cousin passed several clots in her first trimester and was convinced she was m/cing.   She now has a very naughty 3 year old.
    Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever!     I'll be praying that you get good news. First tri bleeding/passing clots is always so scary.

    At 8:30am, we saw 1 small sac in the uterus. Beta dropped slightly to 3206 (was 3403 on Wednesday). Since appointment, I am bleeding heavier and passing more clots. RE office wants me to f/u on Monday.

    I don't think anything can be left in the uterus now....
