I have the newest version of Baby Bargains-They give it a B+.
Pros are it's an affordable one for a 2nd car or Grandma's vehicle, cons are to avoid the oveheard bar shield.
They say it isn't fancy, you get a 5 point harness and 3 crotch slots and 4 height positions. Padding is simple with no EPS foam, no side impact protection, or other goodies. But at $55 (according the book) it's perfect when you need a affordable seat that is easy to use and install.

Thanks!
And it's for grandma's car and it's $52 with free shipping so I figured the price was right.
