Anyone ever try a homemade pg test?

I know they aren't 100% accurate, but has anyone every tried one? Apparently there's bleach, toothpaste, dandelion and pine sol. I've always heard of them, but don't know if anyone has ever tried one and had any luck.

you should go post the directions over on first tri and see if anyone is willing to try it. I would be interested in learning more about it though.

you don't mix them together. I think there are different methods (pee on dandelions, pee in bleach, pee in....). I would definately buy one, but would still be curious to see if any of these actually work.

I put bleach into a toilet to clean it once and had to pee so I peed into the toilet with bleach in it. I can say peeing into something with bleach in it is a NO GO.

What the heck do you do with all of that? Combine all of them and then piss in it ..... and if it turns purple your KU?

Homemade Pregnancy Test with Bleach: Bleach, a chemical that removes colors or whitens through oxidation, can also be used for homemade pregnancy test. Just add your urine to a cup of bleach and if it fizzes or becomes frothy, it is a possibility that you are pregnant.

OMG ! Bleach + ammonia ( from the pee) creates toxic fumes ! I don't mean "toxic" as in smells bad, I mean toxic as in toxic. Please do not try this ! This is why they advise people never to clean with both in the same area.

I don't use bleach or pine sol so I would rather buy the pg test, but peeing on my yard might make the neighbors look at me funny. I should check where my dogs pee to see if any of them are "pregnant"

well duh. If you are looking for ways too test - you already think that you "may" be pregnant or there is a possibility.

I know a great one - 100% accurate.

Take a regular index card, and write "Am I pregnant?" in PERMANANT marker.

Then wait nine months. If you have a baby, you were pregnant.
