Update: High risk told us to take a hike
And I couldn't be more relieved. After a very long ultrasound, they determined that the spot that the other Dr thought was a cyst was actually a funky effect from the ultrasound equipment they were using. The high risk Dr saw exactly what they were talking about, but when he zoomed more and hit it from a different angle it went away, so it's not a cyst 
They completely re-did my whole anatomy scan to make sure there was nothing else that could have been missed and the Dr told me everything is great. He's at 1lb 6oz and based on measurements they bumped my due date up to December 1st. So that means I'm closer to V-Day then I thought and that also makes me very, very happy.
I can't thank all you ladies enough for the T&P's. This past week has been a week filled with worrying and it meant so much to have your support.

And Schick- glad you like the pic. I love it. I know 3d ones are creepy, but whatever, haha. He looks just like my H in this pic, it's crazy (his lips and nose to a T!). And I love his little chubby pinky. Ah, he just looks so much better since his skeletor/Michael Jackson-days @ 17w haha!
