Some motivation dust?

I've slept a total of 12.5 hours yesterday (between a nap and a very very long night sleep).

I am totally feeling lazy today, but I have a list of things to do:

1) I have to do some work

2) I gotta polish up this house! (I have guests on the weekend - as I am hosting a small girlie surprise party for my bff for her 30th)

3) I gotta go exercise today

If you got any motivation dust, and some of that other kind please throw it at me
