What was your favorite type of swaddle blanket?

We are starting to get things for the new guy. For ds we just used square blankets but I think i'd like to buy some kind made for swaddling. What was your favorite? Summer or kiddopatamus or some other kind? Thanks

We didn't use a swaddle blanket but the aden and anais ones. They are so big and soft! We loved them!

We swaddled for about a month and loved the Kiddapotomus ones too

Hands down aden and anais... DS smiles everytime I put him down for a nap and give him his a&a blanket. They are SO soft! Get the 4 pack, they have them at land of nod, online and sometimes target.

We used the Woombie. Worked really well for us because he couldn't break out of it. Swaddled to 5 months when he started rolling over.

Ditto this exactly, loved the Woombie. Worked much better for us than the Kiddopotamus SwaddleMes.

We used regular carter's swaddling blankets and they worked fine. She was swaddled still at almost 3 months and they were big enough for her long body.

Aden and Anais. We still use them, too. They are expensive but well worth the money.

Halo Sleepsack Swaddles! We used the kiddopatamus ones with DS1, but after using the Halo ones in the hospital and being sent home with one, plus recs from friends, we switched. Any they are so much better! The inverted zipper makes diaper changes easy, I loved that the swaddle part was removable, and that he had plenty of room to kick his legs. Plus,they were designed by a father who lost his child to SIDS.
