Throw up ?

Soooo..LO has never been a spitter-upper (like after meals) or had any vomitting issues in the past....but all of a sudden when I get him up from his nap or take him out of his crib in the morning I see little spots of "what smells like" orange throw up spots on his sheets...like the size of quarters all around the area his head goes...I fed him carrots yesterday and today so I thought maybe that was it? Them DH guessed "maybe his gums are bleeding"......

Anyone experience something similiar...I don't remember DD1 throwing up/spitting up during sleep. Neither of my babies spit up after eating so all of this stuff is new to me. Should I be concerned about this? LO is showing no other symptoms...he gets shots tomo so I will mention to Pedi.

    Has it just been today?  Maybe he is having some tummy issues.  H has thrown up while sleeping before and has never had any issues doing it.

    Is your LO teething?  H's gums bled when he got his top teeth.
