I've googled this and read about it in my books, but there are so many weird options out there. So, anything you ladies did to boost fertility that you think might have worked?
I've been drinking my green tea, and have adjusted my diet a bit. I've also been feeding DH fertility friendly foods. Not sure if these things will work, but I just want to up our chances as much as I can.

Ditto Kim. Have lots of sex! And have fun doing it!
This. How long have you been trying? If you're just getting started, seriously, just relax. I know you have some other medical things going on that probably stress you out too, but try to just take it easy. If you're not on prenatal vitamins yet, I would suggest doing that.
I actually haven't of any fertility boosting foods. Just curious - what are they?
Have DH take vitamin C. Vitamin C is really important for both of you.
And you CAN eat pineapple core from days 1 through 5 past ovulation. NO later though. (This will really only help if you're charting and some say it doesn't do anything at all. I did it one month and nothing...the next month, I got my BFP. I don't know if it made a difference or not, but, the coincidence was enough for me.) It's supposed to aid in implantation.

Didn't really use any (that I'm aware of) but I was drinking green tea 1 cup/day by chance (meaning for other reasons) and taking a multivitamin with 400 mcg of folic acid. I think what helped me not "worry" was knowing we already had our ducks in a row. I had updated my vaccinations (flu shots & TdAP) so when we did try I wasn't worried about not being "ready". Relaxing as much as possible is probably the best thing you can do. I also started listening to a podcast called "Relax, It'll happen" about a couple in the UK that fought with infertility and ended up doing fertility treatments to get pregnant. For some reason this relaxed me because I had a better idea of what we would have to go through if we chose that path due to problems conceiving. We didn't have to try hard though so sometimes it can sneak up on you.
I don't have any food suggestions, but I started taking evening primrose oil twice a day almost 4 weeks ago for it's anti-inflammatory benefits and found out it's also used to boost fertile CM. I also drink green tea every evening too. To aid in fertility it should be used from the first day in your cycle up until you ovulate. I noticed a huge difference this month in the amount of egg white CM leading up to ovulation (sorry if TMI), but you may want to talk to your doctor first since I know you already take other medication and I'm not sure if this would be contraindicated with any of it.
