Pregnant woman slays sister...

will be tomorrows headline if my sister tells me one more time Im not allowed to give birth on her birthday.

Im due on the 14th and she has been harassing me since she found out my due date.  She doesnt want to share her birthday because then she says she wont matter any more.  Its her birthday and she doesnt want to share.

B!TCH YOU ARE 22 YEARS OLD!! STOP BEING AN A*S!!

If my LO decides that he wants to come out on your birthday then thats up to him and youll just have to get over it!  Im actually secretly hoping that he does just to piss her off.

Sorry. Vent over. Thanks for listening.

  • haha. Oo my. Yea I think once you pass 18 yrs old, birthdays dont matter anymore
  • My Niece was born on my 21st birthday, and its actually pretty awesome.

My SIL did ask us though that "if we were trying to get pregnant to hold off a month, so I dont give birth in her month" !! No Joke! - No just her day, but her month.

Some people take their birthday pretty damn serious. It can drive me up a wall.

  • If I had a sibling like that I would hope for the same thing.....GL
  • I love you!

"B!TCH YOU ARE 22 YEARS OLD!! STOP BEING AN A*S!"

LMAO - Good luck with the EDD

  • I think someone seriously needs to grow up. Noone cares about a 22 year olds bday anymore ( no offense ) its just another bday.. she sounds like a bratty 7 year old.

My brother is actually excited bc its possible LO could come on his bday.

  • My sister's C-section for her twins was scheduled on my younger brother's birthday. He was mad that he had to share his birthday with them too. While we are at the hospital seeing her and the babies, he was like "How much longer are we going to be here, I want to spend my birthday with my friends". Freaking lame.
  • that is just so weird to me.  we have a ton of b-days in Oct in our family and everyone is begging me to have the baby on theirs.  I guess we like to share.

  • and might I add. That my sister is pregnant with her second, and is due the day after my brothers birthday. All of us (including him) are hoping she will go a day early, and have her other baby on her other siblings birthday.

  • My husband wanted to share his birthday with DD...Her EDD was Oct. 12th, my husband's birthday is Nov. 4th.  Yeah not a possibility.

    lol!

My niece was born on my 28th birthday and I think it's amazing! Now my c/s will possibly be on my sister's birthday!

  • Not related to bdays, but this might also be the headline in my town tomorrow.  Only we're both pg, so it'll be a preggie fight to the death! :)  Seriously, if she judges one more decision I make, I will have to hurt her!

  • Wow, that's pretty sad at 22.

My LO is due the day after my cousin's 18th birthday, and she wants to share her birthday soo bad!  She knows I have no control over it, but jokes that it would make a great birthday present!

  • Thank you!! Shes driving me crazy. This is the same sister that told me to get labor going I should do crunches to stimulate contractions. Im trying to keep my cool but I only have but so much patience left with her!!
  • DDs EDD was 3 days before my stepdaughters 7th birthday and she was really really hoping that it would be on her birthday, even telling people that was my due date.  Now this ones EDD is 8 days before my stepsons 14th birthday and he is also hoping to share.  Apparently though we have a ton of September birthdays and I don't really remember when anyones is so someone will probably have to share.

  • My sister and I share a birthday, and as kids we hated that but now its okay.

DH is excited that LO is due in Oct, so at least will share a birth month with his dad; lets him feel connected to his family since they live hours away.

  • Since we found out I was pregnant my Mom and Grandma have been joking with me that my LO will be born on my Grandmothers birthday. August 10th. I hate hearing it cuz it's starting to look like it's going to happen. I mean it doesn't bother me... it's just annoying. So now we are talking inductions and I'm hoping for the 13th! lol

  • We have the opposite problem - my annoying as hell MIL is DYING for our baby to be born on her birthday, and is telling everyone it will be "her" grandchild and "her" birthday present. If my baby is born that day, I'm changing the birth certificate!
  • If you haven't had the baby by then, I think you should text her first thing in the morning, "My water just broke. Happy birthday!" and watch her flip the F out just for fun.

  • AEOW13: the picture in your siggy is absolutely amazing and beautiful!  i just had to say that.

but your sis is being ridiculous.  i'm due the day before my hubby's bday and we're hoping LO will come slightly early so there is a little bit of space (just a week would be nice) but i'd punch him if he flat out told me not to go into labor on his bday.  if LO does come on time or on his bday, i'm sure he'll learn to love it.

Currently going through our second deployment. Can't wait for Zoe to meet her daddy!

  • As if YOU can control when the baby decides to enter this world!  She sounds very selfish and immature.

    Love the idea.

My 30 yr old sister told me I can't deliver on her anniversary.

  • Wow, tell her there is only about 5% of women who give birth on the EDD.

Im so going to do this!  I think she would just die.

My little cousin had a dream I had the baby on July 15th (way to early) so I texted her that day to tell her my water broke.  She called me about 3 seconds later to tell me she knew it and was on her way!  I couldnt stop laughing, she had already headed out to the car and everything.  She wasnt super annoying about it so I felt kind of bad after, but Im sure I will enjoy my sister freaking out (and so would my DH, she drives him nuts!!)

  • The 14th is my birthday too. If he comes on that day tell your sister that I'm sharing my day with him and she can keep hers to herself...lol

  • Well, I'm due Sept 29th.  I'm having a repeat c/s which my OB usually does at 39w so that brings us to Sept 22.  That's my birthday.  When my OB asked me if I was ok w/ that, I laughed and said no.

Due to my late loss last year, it was easy for me to get my OB and MFM to agree to 38w with an amnio the day before.  Truth be told, at first I thought I was being really selfish and risking the complete development of my baby, but my OB said all should be fine, that was why we were doing the amnio.  Honestly, I'm just past 32w and starting to panic from time to time b/c of my loss last year so now I wish I could get delivered sooner for my sanity.
