I'm back at work this week and am not pumping as much as I'd like to be. Just curious to see how everyone else is doing and how much you are able to pump/how often.
How often do you pump? 3 times at work, once before I got to bed, and sometimes once in the middle of the night if DS sleeps through.
How much do you pump each time? usually 4-5 oz
I usually pump enough for his 4 4oz bottles/day, with an extra 2-3 to mix with his cereal. I'd love to be pumping more and freezing some, but I'm feeling grateful that I can at least keep up for now!
Happy Birthday, little man. We love you so much!

Wow, after reading some of these posts, I don't make that much milk! I only pump at work and do that twice (10-ish and 2-ish). For the first pump, I get about 5-6oz, for the second pump, about 4 oz. I'm still pumping more than DD eats while I'm gone (usually only 8ish oz). I have a pretty solid freezer stash and as long as I'm replacing what she eats, I think we're doing ok. I do nurse before going to work and when I get home.

3. I usually get 15-16 ounces for those 3 pumps combined. He takes 3- 5 ounce bottles while I'm away so I usually just replace what he ate. Occassaionally I will have a really good day and end up with 2-4 more ounces that I end up freezing. That is usually on days where I haven't had much coffee and have drank a lot of water.
I BF around 5:30am. I've tried pumping after and I get nothing.
While at work I pump around 8:30 (4-5 oz), 11:30 (2 oz) and 2:30 (2 oz). I haven't consistently been pumping before going to bed. I'm only getting maybe 10-12 oz a day and she eats 16 oz at daycare each day.
I'm fine with sending a bottle of formula each day but I just feel like I should get more during the day. The LC said my supply seems to be fine and that babies tend to eat less as the day goes on, hence why I pump less. But it's still frustrating.

Is it hospital grade? I have the Medela Lactina and I wasn't pumping very much and then finally read my manual and realized there was a suction setting (in addition to the speed setting) that I didn't even know about- DOH! Now I am pumping much more! Also, sometimes the cylinder will come loose and suction will decrease.
I'm the same way. My son is almost 5 months old and I send 4 - 5 oz bottles to daycare (20 oz total). I pump in the morning (after he eats) and get about 4 ounces. Then at work, I pump around 9:30 (3.5 oz), 12:30 (3 oz), and 2:30 (2 - 3 oz). I only work 2 days a week, but I end up with around 6 ounces less than he eats on those days. I feel like I'm always trying to make it up the rest of the week.
That's really good that you have a solid stash. My stash started to deplete when DD was 3 1/2 months old. It's gone now. I wasn't making nearly what she needed at school. I started to add 1oz formula 2 weeks ago into her bottles. I've decided to stop BFing when she's 6 months. But in the meantime, I'll supplement.
How often do you pump? 4 times a day, 5:30, 9:30, 12:30 and 3:30 (I work)
How much do you pump each time? morning - 4 oz, then around 2-3 oz. each of the other sessions

I exclusively pump, too....not as fruitful as the others, though!
How old is your baby? 3 months
How often do you pump? 6 times a day -- 5:30am (7 ounces), 7am (2 ounces), twice at work (8 ounces total) and twice at home after work (about 8 ounces total there, too).
DS eats more than I can pump and refuses to BF, so I have to supplement his last bottle of the day with formula. I do this rather than use stash so that he gets used to it in case my supply dries up more!

2. I pump every day mon-fri at work 3 times in 8 hours
3. I work 2nd so I don't know if that matters. My first session around 5 is 4-6 oz, second session around 8pm is 4oz and third session around 11pm is about 3-4oz.
when I first went back to work I was power pumping 15-20oz but it has dwindled down to a good 10-12oz. normally LO takes in about 10oz when i'm at work so I'm still pumping at least what he takes in plus a little more sometimes. I have a freezer stash of over 100oz
