Maternity leave- less than 2 weeks left

Hi all,

Sadly, i have to go back to work after being off for maternity leave. DD and I have been getting some rest, playing games, out walking, to the library, running errands and visting family.

I want to make sure I make the most out of my time left. Is there anywhere in the Twin Cities that I should make sure we visit? she is only 8 weeks old so i was thinking either new baby classes or walking paths or special spots.

    Depending on what area you live in, you could check out the local library and see if they have baby storytime. Very fun!

    Como Zoo would be fun, although she won't really know what's going on.  Good Luck going back to work!  This is my first week back, and it has been rough!  It has been getting a little less hard each day, and DD has been really good there (besides not eating much), but it's not the same as being with her all the time!  She was all smiles when I left this morning!

    I just went back to work yesterday.  I thought the same about doing fun stuff with DD but honestly she's not going to remember it.  We did go to a baby and me yoga class at Blooma and did lots of shopping :)  As a family we took a trip with my stepdaughter to Wisconsin Dells which was fun.  DD slept pretty much the entire time we were at the water parks!
