Prenatal Yoga or Pilates in North OC

Hello Ladies

I am looking for a place that offers Prenatal Yoga or Pilates.  I live in Fullerton and work in Orange, so I would be will to go anywhere around these cities.  I saw a recent post but the info was for South OC and Beach Cities.

 Any info would be great.  Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and help.  I am going to be a first time mom and am so greatful for this message board to ask other local moms in the area.

    Hi there,

    Freeman yoga in DT Fullerton offers Prenatal Yoga every Sunday.  Belly Sprout, in Fullerton also offers some classes.

    Awesome!  Thanks for your help.  I found belly sprout, but I wasn't impressed with the info.  I will check out Freeman.

     Have you been to either or know anyone who has?

    One of the women at my gym took prenatal yoga classes at Freeman and she really enjoyed it. There is also a place in Whittier called Greenleaf  Yoga. I also live in Fullerton, but will probably try out the place in Whittier since it's closer to where I work.  If you try out Freeman, let me know what think =)

    I will. Let me know of what you think of Greenleaf.  I am also on the "west" end of Fullerton and close to Whittier, so I may check that out too.  Who knows, since we are about a week off from one another, I might see you there ;)

    I actually teach prenatal Pilates at a lovely studio in Costa Mesa, right across the street from Triangle Square.  Let me know if you're in the area and would like to give it a try.  Either prenatal Pilates or Yoga is just wonderful for pregnancy - you'll be amazed at the benefits you'll experience during and after pregnancy!  :D
