Not Baby Related:: Colorist recommendations

I am a naturally medium dark brunette... But I also wanted to go lighter in color.. so I end up with highlights and they ALWAYS turn blond.. I always say I dont want blonde streaks and they always say.....oh, dont worry, they will blend it and it wont be blonde.. but end up with blond streaks against dark hair and I dont like it.

Not sure of my water.. hard or soft??? but I do use sulfate free shampoo.

I am going tomorrow for a toner... any suggestions of what I should request them to do?

P.S. I live in the Novi/Northville area. But will travel to East side for a decent color.

    Dye Salon in Ferndale Has great colorists.  Billy is especially good!

    Sorry for the Dup posts. The PC and/or site was fighting me! My DH goes to Dye, but not to really Dye his hair. I like Bianchi's I usually go to the one in Troy, but there are 3 locations.

    I live in Northville and go to Gina Agosta on Grand River and Haggerty. Ashley does my color and she is amazing! I would recommend any colorist at Gina Agosta, Everyone I see there always look great after their color. Good luck!
