The only things is the internet could be worng and if you really worried about how much vitamin A you are intaking you should speak with your doctor he/she should be able to tell you what is safe and what is not.

You can check out www.mypyramid.gov You can put in your height and weight and get what amounts of foods you need when pregnant.
Vitamin A can cause birth defects so be sure to run that drink by your doctor as well as consider other sources of vit A in your diet as well.
