I'm having a hard time getting the baby down for naps when DS1 is awake. DS1 is a very loud, rambunctious little boy who does not yet follow the direction "be quiet" so if I'm rocking or nursing the baby in the living room with DS1, he's way too loud for the baby to fall asleep or stay asleep. To leave the room means to go upstairs, but I don't want to leave DS1 downstairs alone. I'm thinking about plopping DS1 in his crib with books and just closing the door and ignoring his protests as I put the baby down. Any other ideas?
