Models needed for 3D Ultrasounds

Hello Everyone!!!  We are in need of pregnant models for Philips Healthcare in Bothell/Canyon Park area.  All due dates are welcome!

Philips will provide models with pictures of their baby (3D pictures if the baby is in an optimal position) on the day of scanning on a CD and compensate for their time with a $50.00 check in the mail following their participation. To participate, the model must complete an application and provide a permission slip from their doctor.  One adult guest may accompany you; no children, please. 

I can email you the application and permission slip if you send a request to michele.chapman at philips dot com

Please have the model call Jennifer Anderson 425-487-8062 or Amanda Lassiter at 425-487-8045 to schedule a time to participate and let them know Michele Chapman referred you.

    Sad I loved this when I was pregnant! I wish I could participate...makes me want to get pg just for this! lol!!

    Heather - we will be doing some training down in Bellevue the week of August 16 so it might be closer and you may get picked for that.  Just FYI. Thanks for the attention and hopefully it works out for some of you.

    Ohhhh, thank you for posting this Michele! I'm going to send you an e-mail here in just a moment for the details. Should I wait to call Jennifer or Amanda until after I get the permission slip signed? My next doctors appt. is Thursday and I'm sure my doc will sign off for me. :)

    I have the application, but I have to wait untill I see my Dr. next week to get a note from him giving me permission to participate. I spoke with him about it at my last appointment and he is fine with me doing it, should I hold off on calling Jennifer or Amanda to scheduale a time to participate?

    Please go ahead and fill out the application and contact Amanda or Jennifer to get on the list.  You can fax in the permission slip when you get it.
