How does Number One feel, you Longhorn you?

Penn State may be Number 3, but we're coming for you! How the heck does Alabama rate Number 2 when they didn't even play this week?

I think a National Championship game with Texas and Penn State is the way to go!

    Lori-sorry to butt in....I'm very sour at the moment-lol.  It's early and Texas doesn't know what to do with being ranked #1-never have.   They'll find a way back to #4 and bump us back up!   What a crapola weekend for the Sooners....blech.

    I could easily look it up, but, who does Penn State play in the remaining season?  That will tell me everything I need to know.

    Texas has some doosies in front of them.  I feel like OU has their shit together after this weekend....hopefully.  : )

     We'll be in the strait and narrow from this point forward....we'll, without question, win our games the rest of this season.

    Oh you poor little thing OUGrad!!! It must be tough to have been knocked out of even the top 5!!!!  Oh and then there is the fact that out of the last 4 games you have played against us you have lost 3 of them.  You forget we know what to do quite well in that number 1 spot... after all we won a national championship more recently than ya'll did.  Wink  Remember though we have to lose 2 conference games b/c if we only lose one we will still go to the Big 12 Championship (winner gets tiebreaker).

    Lori I agree PennState and Texas would be a wonderful National Championship game...

    Francisca...we're # 4 now...it sucks....You'll know the feeling next week or, perhaps, the wk after.  Tx isn't stong enough to keep the ball rolling...never has been.  I won't go as far as saying you guys are lucky....you just wanted it more.  It's always an emotional game.

    On AP you are #4 but USA Today you are actually #6.

    I do remember everyone telling us we had no chance in the 05 season but you know what, we just kept winning!  Like I said we have to lose two games for ya'll to even have a shot at the title (b/c you can't qual unless you win your conference and you can't win your conference unless you get to the Big 12 championship game)... and your schedule isn't a cake walk either.  Time will tell... but no matter what happens the rest of the season NOTHING BEATS kicking your trash!
