Yogis, come in please...

Can anyone recommend a good yoga DVD?  I would normally take a class through a local yoga place, but it's not working right now, so I am hoping to find a DVD to use at home.

  • Sorry-I either go to a class or don't do it. Good luck!

  • I like Rodney Yee.  He's incredible, fun to watch and the disks are interesting and challenging.  I have a box set of 3 maybe 4 dvds by Gaiam...they are kind-of old, so you probably can't find those exact ones, but I liked them all and I can't say that for all the other yoga dvd's I have by other people.  The set I have includes Power Yoga Strength, Energy Balance Yoga, Strength Building Yoga and possibly a Yoga for Relaxation (couldn't find that one in my house now, but I seem to remember that it exists).  Good luck!  Big Smile
  • I love Total Yoga:Original with Ganga White and Tracy Rich.  I first had it on VHS (that's how old I am!) and now on DVD.  It's about an hour long and is a great work out.  I definitely not an expert in yoga, but I really like this DVD.  Good luck!
