  • I only have nausea no throwing up yet...but believe me, I count myself lucky and I dread the day that it will change. I'm at 7 weeks now...it could be any day now.

Me, too. I'm trying to enjoy these weeks or relatively symptom free bliss before it hits the fan.

  • Yep, morning sickness hit me at exactly 6 weeks and 2 days last time.  And I was foolish enough that time to think I was going to miss the morning sickness train.  I am just reveling in the lack of morning sickness right now, for the little time I assume I have left.

  •  both pregnancies = no m/s   (well, that's sorta a lie. I had 3 days of queasy feeling in the 6th week with pg #1)

Me three. Though I'm secretly hoping I feel SOMETHING, since this is my first go-round and it would almost make me more confident in the stickiness if I have a few serious symptoms.

  • I'm a teacher so I'm sure mine will start up right around the time I have to go back to school.

  • Lol.  Yeah!  Morning sickness doesn't usually start until around 5-6 weeks.  I am saying nothing until I am like 9 months pregnant.

HA! I am betting on this as well. Nausea, fatigue, headaches, lightheadedness, constipation. I'm betting it all hits exactly 2 weeks from now, which will be my first day with students.

That's my fear too. I teach high school- 11th and 12th grade. If I'm sick, they'll know something's up right away.

And I'll be 9 weeks when school starts, which is supposedly the peak of m/s for a lot of people.

I think this exact same thing!!! I had to do a demo lesson last week for a new job and I was sure that MS was going to hit that day (it didn't!).

  • They should also brag more often about their lack of stretch marks. ;-)

Man, I don't know how 4 weeks pregnant turned into 10 weeks pregnant so fast though! I hope the next 30 keep up at this rate (but without the m/s would be nice).

This is my first as well and i've yet to have any sort of m/s at all.  I had one morning and that was when i took my prenatals before any food.  Everything is looking fine so im either just really lucky or its going to be hitting me 2nd tri, which i've been told can happen :)

    Good luck!

  • haha boy are they in for it!! I started dry heaving around 6 or 7 weeks with my first and then full on morning sickness around 8 weeks!! i'm savoring these last few weeks until I start getting sick
  • I'm not going to brag about not having m/s because I just know it's coming and I'm not looking forward to it.

i thought i was going to be one of these mythical 'lucky ones' since i had nothing with the exception of tiredness. 7 weeks ON THE DOT and bam!

all day, all night. and I guess i can still consider myself lucky since i havent actually puked yet, just feel like i am going to all day every day.
