Ideas for a watermelon (pink & green) 1st birthday party...

Anyone have an creative ideas on how I can make this "theme" cute?!?! I am so not creative!!! I am planning on having a nice cake made of a watermelon slice and have a mini one for LO made. Pink and green tableclothes, etc. Need ideas for centerpieces and other decorations, etc

    I have a FB friend who made a keg out of a watermelon and while I do not know if you are the type to serve?alcohol?at a first birthday party you could always put juice in there. ?It was really awesome looking. ?Let me know if you want me to post the pic.?

    I was at a family gathering yesterday and someone had made watermelon cookies.  They were so cute!  They looked kind of like this:

    For centerpieces can you get some of those mini watermelons and hollow them out and then put something in them?

    You can do pink and green balloons.

    I know I would totally do a seed spitting contest too to see who can spit one the furthest :)
