I need some major PT help!

DD is so ready to go to the potty.  She'll go in there and pee/poop & then dumps it in the toilet and flushes. BUT she will do so good for a few days and then she stops going on the potty.  She'll go in her diaper & instantly takes it off, throws it in the trash and brings me a new diaper.  She has had a difficult time pooping in the potty- She usually goes in her panties/diapers then takes it off and poops ends up everywhere.   I need some advice on what I can do to speed the process up.  We have a new baby on the way & it would be so nice to have her fully potty trained by the time he gets here.

    If I were you I would take off the daper and only use real underwear.  Make a big deal how yucky it is to pee and poop in underwear.  Good luck!

    I totally agree with this. Undies all the way! DS occasionally has a poop accident, but he usually runs to me right before he poops his undies.

    I am having the same problem with mine. She will go poop in the potty but I have a hard time getting her to pee in the potty all the time. She does wear the undies and she gets excited when we put them on, but there are times that even if you ask her if she needs to go she will say no and than pee her pants. It is getting very frustrating.
